Caramel Popcorn

Pop popcorn and lay out on a cookie sheet

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter

Place all the ingredients in the saucepan and bring to a boil.

Pour sauce over popcorn!
