Pumpkin Sheet Cake

 
  1 3/4c pumpkin (or squash mashed)
  1  cup oil
  2 cups flour
  2 cups sugar
  4 eggs
  1 tsp. cinn.
 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
 1/2 tsp. cloves
  1 tsp. salt
  1 tsp.  b. soda
  2 tsp.  b. powder
Mix all ingredients together, pour into a 11 x 15 jelly roll pan.
Bake 20-25 min. @ 350 degrees
 
Cool & frost with cream cheese frosting
